UNWAVERING CONFIDENCE IN GOD (PART 2)
KEY TEXT: ROMANS 15:13 KJV: “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”
God’s Word assures us that His plans for us are good, giving us hope and confidence. Even when life’s circumstances are challenging, we can trust His purpose for our lives. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (JEREMIAH 29:11).
The knowledge of God’s unlimited power builds our confidence in Him. There is nothing too hard for God, and He can accomplish what seems impossible to us. “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” (JEREMIAH 32:27).
Trusting God brings peace to our hearts. When we rely on His guidance and provision, we experience a sense of calm that surpasses human understanding. “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (PHILIPPIANS 4:7).
PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, let everything that comes my way draw me nearer to you, and help me to know you more, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.
REFLECTION: ISAIAH 41:10 KJV: "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
