REVIVAL

KEY TEXT: Hosea 6:2 KJV — “After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.”

REVIVAL BRINGS SPIRITUAL RESURRECTION AND RESTORATION:

God is a God who raises what has fallen and restores what is broken. The scripture says, “He will revive us… He will raise us up.” Many believers need resurrection in prayer, in purity, in zeal, in service, and in faith. Revival lifts a man back to the place where he once stood with God — and even higher. God specializes in reviving what seems dead. (HOSEA 6:2)

REVIVAL BRINGS BELIEVERS BACK TO LIVING IN GOD’S SIGHT:

To live in God’s sight means to walk consciously before Him — to live in His presence and under His approval. Revival restores this awareness. It breaks spiritual distance and renews intimacy with God. Like Enoch who “walked with God” (Genesis 5:24), revival makes the believer live daily in God’s presence and guidance.

REVIVAL RESTORES UNITY IN THE BODY OF CHRIST:

When God revives His people, division, strife, and competition die. A revived church walks in love and unity. Scripture says, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” (Psalm 133:1). Revival removes jealousy, gossip, bitterness, and pride — replacing them with love, submission, and teamwork in the Spirit.

(PSALM 133:1)

Where there is revival, miracles breakforth. The early church was revived and Scripture records: “And with great power gave the apostles witness… and great grace was upon them all” (Acts 4:33). Revival opens heaven, releases grace, and makes the church a place of divine manifestations. A revived believer becomes a carrier of God’s power.

PRAYER:

O Lord, revive and raise me again. Restore me to live continually in Your sight. Bring unity to the church, and release Your power upon us, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION:

Psalm 85:7 KJV — “Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.”

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Father, revive and raise me from every spiritual weakness or fall, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

2. Lord, help me to live daily in Your sight and walk consciously in Your presence, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

3. O God, restore unity, love, and harmony in Your church. Remove every spirit of division, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

4. Lord, let Your revival fire release miracles, signs, and wonders in my life, my family, and the church, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.
