REPLICATING MARY MAGDALENE’S LOVE FOR CHRIST (PART 5)

KEY TEXT: John 20:18 KJV – “Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.”

When love for Christ is genuine, it will always result in bold witness. After encountering the risen Lord, Mary Magdalene did not remain silent; she ran to tell the disciples that Jesus was alive. Her love compelled her to share the good news. Beloved, true love for Jesus is never private, it must overflow into testimony and evangelism. The more we love Him, the more we desire that others know Him. Silence in the face of redemption is a sign of weak devotion. MARK 16:15

Mary became the first herald of the resurrection because her love made her available and faithful. Jesus entrusted her with the greatest message ever delivered: “He is risen.” When the heart burns with love for Christ, it becomes a vessel for His message. God still seeks men and women like Mary who will carry His presence and declare His Word with boldness. Love gives us courage to speak, no matter the opposition. PROVERBS 28:1

Beloved, every encounter with Jesus should propel us into action. Let your love for Him inspire you to win souls, testify of His goodness, and proclaim His salvation. Do not keep quiet about what the Lord has done for you. Mary’s love turned her from a broken woman into a bold witness. That same love can turn your pain into purpose and your testimony into transformation for others. ACTS 4:20

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Lord Jesus Christ, fill my heart with unquenchable love that compels me to testify about You in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

2. My heavenly Father, use my life as a witness of Your resurrection power in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

3. Holy Spirit, give me boldness to proclaim the gospel of Christ everywhere I go in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.
