HELL IS REAL

KEY TEXT: Luke 12:5 KJV: "But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him."

INTRODUCTION:
Do you know that hell is a physical place? Hell is not a metaphor, or just a figurative speech in the Bible, or a state of mind that people can be in. Hell is a place that houses the lost souls of men who harbored sin in their lives and died that way. Mark 9:43-48

NOT METAPHORICAL:
Some men in the world portray hell as just a mental state. But very clearly in the Bible, the preaching of Jesus Christ clearly references the substantiality of hell. Christ often referenced it as a place that one goes when sin is present in their lives before death. Matthew 10:28, Matthew 23:33

HELL DEFINED:
You might be asking, what is in hell? Hell contains the souls of those that die with sin. It is a place of darkness, a place of weeping, a place of gnashing of teeth. A place with heat that simply cannot be borne. It is a place that contains the anger and wrath of God. Please, do not go to hell. Matthew 5:22

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, remove any property of hell with me, and set on fire any ticket of hellfire the enemy has given me, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION:

Matthew 5:29 KJV: “And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.”
