EVER VICTORIOUS IN CHRIST (PART 5)
KEY TEXT: Colossians 2:15 KJV — “And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”

YOUR VICTORY IS ALREADY WON: Every believer must understand that Christ’s victory on the cross was total and final. He disarmed Satan and his forces, rendering them powerless against those who walk in His authority. When you live with this understanding, you walk confidently above fear, defeat, and failure. 1 John 4:4 declares, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” The consciousness of Christ’s finished work empowers you to face life’s battles knowing the outcome is already in your favor.
LIVING ABOVE LIMITATIONS: Defeat begins when a believer forgets who they are in Christ. The enemy thrives on ignorance, but knowledge of your victory disarms him. You are not trying to overcome; you already have overcome through Christ. Romans 8:37 says, “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” No situation can overpower a believer who sees from heaven’s perspective. When you carry a victory mindset, even what was meant to harm you becomes a stepping stone for greatness.
THE MINDSET OF A CONQUEROR: Walking in unbroken victory is a matter of mindset. The victorious believer doesn’t speak fear, worry, or doubt — they speak faith, confidence, and gratitude. Philippians 2:5 urges, “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.” Jesus never saw defeat because He knew who He was and what authority He carried. In the same way, refuse to let temporary challenges make you forget your eternal position in Christ. Keep declaring, “I am victorious always!” and the reality will continually manifest in your life.
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus Christ, help me to walk daily in the consciousness of Your victory. Let my mind be renewed with the truth that I am more than a conqueror, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.
REFLECTION:
1 Corinthians 15:57 KJV — “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
